ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dr. Michael Gruneberg, the author of the Linkword© Language Courses, is an
internationally recognized expert on learning methods. He is a past President
of the USA based Society for Applied Research in Memory and Cognition and is
widely regarded as one of the founders of the Everyday Memory Movement, one
of the most influential movements in present day memory research. He has published
numerous books and scientific articles on memory and memory improvement methods
and has lectured widely in both the USA and the UK on his work. His Linkword©
Language courses have been published in France, Spain, Germany and Russia,
as well as being published widely in book, audio and computer formats in both
the USA and the UK. Dr. Gruneberg has scripted and appeared on the BBC TV
program 'The Magic of Memory', as well as being the chief scientific consultant to
the BBC for a BBC 1 series on Unforgettable Memory. He has contributed to a large
number of radio broadcasts on memory and learning methods and his popular books
include Memory Failures and Your Memory for Life, both co-authored with Professor
Doug Herrmann of Indiana State University.
